* The following Updated Rates, etc., are effective May 19, 2026 *
1) $110.00 - per Document or group of Documents Served at the Same time - per address - for each Service or for each attempted Service - max 3 attempts.
2) $85.00 - per 2nd. Defendant/Respondent, per Document or group of Documents, Served at the same time, same address - for each Service, for each attempted Service - max 3 attempts .
3) Research/Skip Tracing(NB property ownership) - $60.00/per hour(Min. 1 hour)
4) Gas/vehicle Surcharge - Starting at 40.00+ (local), $75.00+(long distance), each way, for each Service, for each attempted Service. Same Surcharges for Research/Skip Tracing(NB property ownership) etc., depending on distance.
5) Disbursements - $At Cost+.
6) Printing/Copying- $1.50 per 1 sided page(2 copies required - 1 for Service & 1 for Affidavit of Service)
