* Effective February 15, 2025 - Individual Clients(Private),  or by our Request - Will be Required to pay  a $500.00 Retainer, up front, by EFT only.

* The following updated  Rates are effective February 15,  2025 *

1) $100.00  - per Document -per address - for each Service or for each attempted Service - max 3 attempts.

2) $75.00 -  per additional  Document, same address - for each Service, for each attempted Service - max 3 attempts .

3) Research/Skip Tracing(NB property ownership) - $50.00/per hour(Min. 3 hours)

4) Gas/vehicle Surcharge -  Starting at $25.00, each way,  for each Service, for each attempted Service, Research/Skip Tracing(NB property ownership) etc., depending on distance.

5)  Disbursements - $At Cost.

6) Copying/Printing - $1.25 per 1 sided page(2 copies required - 1 for Service & 1 for Affidavit of Service)
